Task 4: Copyright Law Report

Copyright Law Report

Copyright is a legal concept giving the original creator of a piece of work sole rights to it. Nobody else can use a copyright piece of work without the original owners permission. The designs of my website and the content involved is solely mine. I designed the website and adhered to the copyright laws. The website has unique generated content and I have not copied designs or contents from other websites. The photographs I have taken are primarily my photographs. Nobody else can use my designs or images I have taken without my permission, if they do they are in breach of copyright laws.

This is part of the content I have used on my website. The image used as a video belongs to me. The image comes from a short film titled 'A Tale of Assumptions' which I made. This means I have adhered to the copyright law by using my own material and not anybody elses. If anybody else uses this image or the video without my permission they are in breach of copyright and may get into trouble.

This is the top bar. The layout is common on websites with a horizontal navigation bar and search bar on the right but the designs are primary. The image on the right I took and edited and I also designed the navigation bar, top title, fist and search bar. The only content which does not belong to me is the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram buttons. I have gained permission to use the logo's of the respective owners and so I am not in breach of copyright.
